About FPC

Why FPC Exists.

Human Performance in the PNW — built on the belief that every athlete deserves professional, measured coaching.

Meet the Coach

Coach Cody Frey.

Most athletes train hard. Almost none of them train right.

Not because they lack effort — because no one is measuring what matters. They lift weights because someone told them to. They run because it's off-season. They show up, work hard, and leave without ever knowing what their numbers are. And they never know if they're actually improving.

That's the gap FPC closes.

Cody Frey spent six years in the United States Marine Corps. Four more building athletes as Head Coach at OPEX CDA — where one thing became clear: talent doesn't separate the good from the great. A system does.

Every athlete who trains at FPC starts with a real assessment — laser sprint timing, jump and power testing, movement screening. They leave day one with a written performance profile and a baseline number. From there, every program is built from their data: their sport, their position, their gaps, their season. Not a template. Not "close enough." Theirs.

This isn't a gym. It's a lab. The technology is professional, the coaching is individualized, and the results are measured — so every athlete always knows exactly where they stand and exactly where they're going.

Inside the Lab

Measured.
Not Guessed.

The technology that makes FPC a lab, not a gym.

Laser Sprint Timing

Dashr Silver reflectorless laser gates — acceleration, splits, top speed and reaction to the hundredth of a second.

Jump & Power Testing

Contact-mat jump testing — vertical and explosive power measured and benchmarked, not estimated.

Velocity Tracking

Bar-speed and velocity tracking on key lifts — we program power by the numbers.

This isn't a gym. It's where serious athletes in North Idaho come to get better — measured, coached, and developed.
The Standard

ASSESS. TRAIN.
RESULTS.

The goal of 12-Week Private Athletic Development is to identify and measurably improve the athlete’s highest-priority physical limitation, verified by reassessment.

Establish the baseline, coach the individual plan, monitor progress, and compare results at 12 weeks. Review those findings with Cody to decide the next training phase.

Your Numbers
Are Waiting.
