Most coaching starts with a goal. FPC starts with a person.

Before we write a single training session, we need to understand what your body can actually do today.

What an FPC Assessment Looks Like

We look at movement quality, training history, current capacity, goals, sport demands, schedule, and constraints.

  • Movement quality, how you move and where you compensate
  • Training history, what has worked and what has broken you down
  • Current capacity, strength, range, work capacity, and recovery
  • Goals and demands, what your sport or life actually requires

From Assessment to Design to Coaching

Once we understand where you are, we design the plan. Then we coach it, watch how you respond, reassess, and adjust.

A living training plan is the only kind that actually works.
